Aberafan Shopping Centre was transformed into a prehistoric playground on 30th October as Dinomania brought their renowned dinosaur show to Port Talbot, offering families an unforgettable Halloween celebration. The popular attraction, featuring Ranger Chris and his astonishing dinosaurs, entertained crowds across three packed-out performances between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
The event was organised in collaboration with Viva Port Talbot and attracted hundreds of excited children and families eager to experience Dinomania’ s live-action dinosaur experience. Known as the UK’s leading interactive dinosaur entertainment provider, the thrilling show delivered the opportunity to get up close with life-sized dinosaurs, guided by Ranger Chris, who famously led Dinomania to the semi-finals of Britain’s Got Talent in 2022. With realistic movements and engaging storytelling, Ranger Chris and his dinosaurs took visitors on an adventure that left children wide-eyed and thrilled, making for an unforgettable Halloween treat.
Centre Manager Chris Morgan MBE expressed his delight at the event’s success, saying, “I would like to thank Viva Port Talbot for hosting this event at the Centre and enhancing our Halloween entertainment week. Dinomania has brought an incredible atmosphere to Aberafan, and it’s been wonderful to see so many families enjoying this unique experience together.”
